Conversion of existing vacant science museum space on the first floor of Cal State San Bernardino Chemical Sciences building into two anatomy teaching labs CS 141 and CS 142 including a specimen storage and office.

Conversion of existing storage space on third floor of Biology building into Graduate Geology Research labs BI 326. Approximately 3,530 GSF total.

Upgrade of existing Fire Sprinkler and Alarm system, MEP system, and Low Voltage/Data Technology. Landscape improvements surrounding the new HVAC wall enclosure.
