Brew Works

Brew Works is Cal Poly Pomona’s learn-by-doing brewery, laboratory, and restaurant.

Located at Cal Poly Pomona’s Innovation Village, his facility made Cal Poly Pomona the first university to have a genuine brewery-restaurant on campus.

“When California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, fired up its gleaming new stainless-steel brewery, it joined a small but growing number of colleges instructing students how to produce high-quality craft beers” Stated Mr. Aaron Neilson, director of dining services for the Cal Poly Foundation. The design of brewery and expansion into the café has created interest for students to hang out and enjoy a serene environment on campus.
