The grocery market and drugstore serve as anchors that are supported by a vibrant and pedestrian friendly atmosphere at the corner.

The Village setting with proposed multi tenants clustering provides a unique architectural theme, which offers the customer not only a sense of neighborhood gathering place, but also an exciting dynamic shopping experience that function together. This synergistic approach encompassing a themed fountain allows patrons and tenants to effectively interact to provide a pod of activity for the neighborhood.
