Myrtle Apartments

This project is a 35-unit family apartment complex with a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom units. The two buildings on Myrtle Avenue are built as three-story structures with ground floor access from the street in response to Specific Plan and activating the street frontage.

Special consideration was given in providing variation in parking with garage, covered, and open-air parking stalls throughout the project. The architect gave special attention to designing the project to best meet the needs of the community, as well as being compatible with the surrounding neighborhood
